Patient Service Representative Certificate Program (PSR)

As the primary point of contact for patients, physicians, clinic staff, and other stakeholders, the Patient Service Representative (PSR) delivers prompt, accurate, and courteous assistance across multiple communication channels. Duties encompass managing demographics, verifying insurance eligibility, scheduling appointments, and utilizing electronic systems for efficient operations. Prioritizing optimal patient experiences and first contact resolution, the PSR may also support referrals and authorizations. PSRs will be ready to handle calls from diverse locations and specialties.
